Packed with veggies, carbs & cheese, no heating required & a great nutritious lunch option.
Heat & serve or add to their thermos. We also love adding cooked broccoli to this one to get those veggies in.
One of our family’s favourites for when Fall arrives & temps dip, warm this up for a hearty thermos lunch. Leave out the turkey for a vegetarian option.
Not just for breakfast ideas, bake this as a loaf and/or in muffin tins for a veggie + protein packed unusual but delicious lunch option.
Make a batch of our Mediterranean Chickpea Salad, Tuna Lettuce Wraps or Antipasto Kebabs & Charcuterie or 5-Bean Medley Salad for simple no-cook options that will fill bellies nicely.
Chop these up, heat & add rice or plain pasta for a protein & veg packed lunch.
Double batch this recipe for lots of hearty leftovers you can warm for lunches or freeze for future.
Take the refrigerated leftovers & turn them into salmon salad for sandwiches or wraps by breaking up the fillets with a fork & adding either olive oil or mayo.
