While I’m deeply grateful for a more precedented return to learning and afterschool programming this year, it also means a return to the full throttle pace of life which feels like a familiar heavy September pile-on – the extra load of family admin, form-filling, schedule-making, extra-curricular schlepping, big emotion-managing and on and on…it’s a lot. I should probably add meal-planning in there, but I’m still a total slacker in this subject area 😉 and prefer intuitive cooking according to craving. We do have some usual suspects in our meal rotations this time of year, though, that might help you and your fam get some tasty ideas and alleviate some dinner stress – all of these are one-pan wonders for less clean up, too! Here’s our Back to Routine One-Pan Dinner Roll Call to ease into weeknight dinner-making again – most incorporating fresh in-season veg.
